We are homemaking beer, Japanese sake, tofu, miso, natto, bread, shiitake mushroom, etc. Now we can buy anything in the market but is it good thing for us? We think food is not suitable for business. Most food businesses are producing wrong food to us. It is getting very hard to get safe and healthy food in the supermarket. Home made is fun and also it gives us a good opportunity to think about our food.
We have been havineg some workshops to local people for making miso, tofu, natto, sake, etc.
